  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may take up to 10 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
  • Free Shipping: Orders exceeding a specified amount (PKR 2000) may qualify for free delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and tracking information.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most areas across Pakistan.
  • Customers are required to pay the total amount at the time of delivery.
  • In case of COD refusal or fake orders, the account may be flagged or restricted for future purchases.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
